This is available in the jobs menu. It is for recurring service jobs, where you need to schedule a job on a regular basis.
Simply add a new service job and select how often you need to service. This can be done from the contact detail page and also from the Service jobs page (Add a service job).
60 days before the service is due the job will automatically be added into the Future jobs list (overnight).
30 days before the due date the job will automatically be moved into unassigned jobs. (This will allow the job to be found, in case you are already scheduling another visit to this same customer or another customer in the same area).
If you have the Reminders Message switched to on (in Job Emails in Admin system) a message will be sent to your customer to remind them that a service is due in 30 days. (This is a prompt for them to contact you to arrange the service. It also serves as a reminder if you are already visiting the customer for another job and you can complete the service while you are already attending for the other job). Note that you can add an additional message to be included as a part of the standard reminder message, in job emails. Simply type into the field Additional Booking Reminders Message and click to Update job emails.
