The events module is a great way to track attendees and exhibitors attending your events.
Add the event to your website
There is an option to add the events so they automatically appear on your website (see How do I integrate the event registration form with my website? and What happens when someone completes the events registration form online?)
You can also send the link in an email or include it in an email campaign.
Add a contact to an event from the events module and also when viewing their contact details.
Record special notes for each attendee.
Contact an attendee - click on Contact 'name'>>.
