Email Reports
Sending your contacts a regular update, newsletter or helpful information about your product or service has never been easier. By keeping them updated they will know who to call when they require your service... and it really is very simple. Like all of Light Degree CRM, you can do this on your mobile.
Select email marketing from the top menu.
Then browse the template library and select use this template to add the template to your template list. You can preview the templates. We usually offer several layout options for each style. Alternatively if you already have a template that you wish to use you can select add a template and upload it in the templates tab. We have added a link to helpful information about templates and useful optional tags which you can use to automatically populate the template from customer details in Light Degree CRM*.

Next click on campaigns and add a campaign. Give the campaign a name and complete the other details. Click on next.


Select the recipients**. This is a group that you have created earlier. Click on update campaign.
Select the template from your list of templates. Click on update campaign.

Now you can begin to add the email content. The first time that you use a template form the library you might find that there are alot of the fields to complete. We find that the best thing is to place something in each field and update the campaign. Then you can preview what has been entered and where each field is sited on the final template. You can always edit the information before you finally send. You can upload image/s to personalise your template. You can add links to fields so these can be clicked on by the recipients, example a link to your website or your facebook page. Once you have decided on which fields you want to contiue to edit in the future and which fields are to remain constant, you can download your template, edit and upload again or if you would like help with this raise a ticket and we will alter your template for you.

After you have finished adding information to the template you can preview it and / or send a sample email (highly recommended) to yourself to see how the final email will appear to your contacts.
When you are happy with your content you can schedule when you want the email to be sent (this must be at least 1 hour later).

You have done it! It is easy... and now your contacts will know who to call to buy from...
Reports
After the email has been sent you can select campaign report from the list of campaigns to view the reports on the email.

Using groups (the cost of sending emails is based on the number of contacts)
The number of contacts in groups allocated to email campaigns determines the cost of your campaigns. (The cost of sending your emails are based on the number of contacts in groups that are used for email campaigns - read more about using groups, click here).
The levels are:
| Send emails to 500 contacts (send up to 2,500 emails per month) |
| Send emails to 2,500 contacts (send up to 12,500 emails per month) |
| Send emails to 5,000 contacts (send up to 25,000 emails per month) |
| Send emails to 10,000 contacts (send up to 50,000 emails per month) |
